Why we don’t have a showroom in Bristol or branches throughout the UK

We are often asked whether we have any local branches of furniture showrooms to highlight our extensive range of oak furniture. Our sales and administration office is based in Bristol and we don’t have a showroom or any local branches to view our furniture. Our offices and warehouses are not open to the General Public.

The reason behind the decision is that we have chosen not to have expensive high street premises or commissioned sales staff.  We simply offer high quality furniture with great savings by not having branches in Bristol and all over the country. These savings are passed directly onto our customers.

On our website we try to endeavour to show good quality photographs, accurate descriptions and measurements, so that informed choices about buying furniture can be made. We aim to provide helpful, friendly customer service and support and will answer any questions or queries via email or by telephone.

We have leaflets and wood samples for many of our ranges, which are available upon request. In the unlikelihood that you are not delighted with your furniture then we offer a 7 day no-quibble money back guarantee.
