We continually strive to bring you high quality products at great value prices, but if you should find any of our products being sold for less on another website, we will guarantee to match their price providing, in our opinion, the following conditions are met.

Our Price Match Promise applies where:

• The product being sold online by a genuine retailer is identical
• The alternative item is currently available
• This is the normal price of the item i.e. it isn't on special offer or in a sale
• The price is inclusive of VAT and any additional charges i.e. delivery
• The item is brand new and not reconditioned, end of line or returned stock
• You provide us with sufficient information to verify the price ourselves i.e. a website address
• Our Price Match Promise only applies to goods available in the UK sold online
• This does not include auction sites like eBay or non-UK based companies
