Refund Policy

We maintain a high level of customer service and deliver good quality products into 100's of homes every week. We make every effort to provide our customer with perfect furniture in perfect condition.

In the unlikely event that you should want to return any products to us we offer our customer a 7 day no quibble money back guarantee.  Items can be sent back to us for any reason at all. 

If you would like to return any products to us simply email us your order number, name and products that you wish to return within 7 working days from the day after receipt.  Although you do not need to offer us a reason why you no loner want the goods we would appreciate you letting us know so that we can continue to improve our products and service

Please keep the goods in their original condition and keep the boxes in tact for return carriage.  Once the items have been collected in accordance with our terms and conditions we will provide a full refund for the purchase price of the goods, however the buyer is responsible for the return carriage costs for the products.

Your will receive a refund within 30 days from us collecting the returned products back.  In order for us to provide a refund, all goods must be with the original packaging.
